I recently visited P. Mostert Import Export in person after buying a truck from them, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The team is genuinely knowledgeable about the business, not just sales-focused, and it shows in how they talk you through the vehicles. They were helpful, supportive, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Meeting them face to face only reinforced the trust I already had after the purchase. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable dealer in the Netherlands.

Hello,
I am writing to formally report an issue with my recent order. I mistakenly left a positive review before receiving the package. However, I was misled by your store: I paid for one product, but you sent something different. The elevators I ordered are 20 cm shorter than specified. As a result, I am unable to complete my work, and I have been informed that you cannot accept a return.
This situation is unacceptable, and I request an immediate solution, either a replacement with the correct product or a full refund.
